JOB OPPORTUNITY: SERVICE ADVISOR

Job Details: Full-Time

Salary: $19.00 to $25.00 per hour (to be based on relevant experience and qualifications)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5:30pm) Saturday (1 every 3 weeks during our winter hours schedule)

Bourque Auto Sales has an immediate opening for a Service Advisor to join our growing Dealership. Working hand in hand with our certified service technicians, the successful applicant will be primarily responsible to schedule service and warranty repairs, process warranty claims, and keep a smooth workflow for the shop. We strive on providing the best possible customer service experience and this will be a crucial role in this position. Keeping customers updated throughout the servicing of their unit will be key in this role.

Job Duties (but not limited to):

* Scheduling service and warranty repairs for customers

* Looking up parts in the electronic parts catalogue (microfiche) and the catalogues/parts books

* Handling customer inquiries on warranty and service repairs

* Communicating with and updating customers on their repairs

* Processing warranty claims

* Online Computer training (ongoing)

* Adhere to workplace safety policies, regulations and compliances

* Keeping the shop organized and clean

Requirements/Qualifications:

* Knowledge and experience with recreational motorsports and marine equipment is a must

* Must be mechanically inclined

* Reliable and willing to work flexible hours

* Attention to detail, strong organizational and customer service skills

* Bilingual (French and English) would be an asset

* Ability to work in a team environment

* Valid driver’s license

* Excellent Communicational skills and computer skills
