The Matheson EarlyON Child and Family Centre is seeking a motivated and reliable Children’s
Program Coordinator. If you are passionate about supporting young children and families in a
welcoming and inclusive environment, we encourage you to apply.

Position Responsibilities:
● Plan and implement activities in alignment with the EarlyON Child and Family Centre
mandate
● Facilitate parent-child playgroups and lead scheduled activities
● Create, post and distribute promotional material
● Perform general office and administrative duties as required

Qualifications:
● Early Childhood Education (ECE) diploma
● Current First Aid and CPR certification
● Valid Vulnerable Sector Check (or willingness to obtain)
● Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license
● Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Preferred Skill and Experience:
● Experience in a group child care setting
● Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
● Sensitivity and respect for individual, cultural, and family diversity
● Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
● Bilingualism is considered an asset
